BOLGHERI & ROME
Your experience begins with a private transfer from your hotel or the airport to Roma Ostiense station, where the La Dolce Vita lounge welcomes you into a calm and elegant setting before departure.Late in the morning, La Dolce Vita Orient Express leaves Rome behind.
Once on board, enjoy a gourmet lunch created by three-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck, inspired by the flavours and traditions of the region.In the early afternoon, the train arrives in Bolgheri, a small medieval village surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, known for its vineyards, cypress-lined roads, and quiet atmosphere.
VENICE
The second day on board begins slowly, with breakfast served in your private cabin or in the Restaurant Car, as the train makes its way towards Venice.Upon arrival at Venezia Santa Lucia station, a private transfer takes you into the heart of La Serenissima, where canals, historic palaces, and reflections on the water shape the rhythm of the city.
Spend the afternoon exploring at your own pace or choose from a selection of à la carte experiences designed to discover Venice from a different perspective.In the evening, you board the train once again. Dinner is served in the Restaurant Car with a menu created by three-Michelin-starred Chef Heinz Beck.
FLORENCE & ROME
The third day begins gently, with breakfast served in your private cabin or in the Restaurant Car, as the Tuscan landscape unfolds outside your window.Upon arrival in Florence, local guides welcome you to the city, where art, history, and daily life come together in a natural rhythm.
From its cathedral and historic piazzas to its quiet streets and river views, Florence reveals itself step by step, shaped by centuries of creativity and culture.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
- Deposit: 15% of the fare is due at the time of booking.
- Final payment: the balance is due no less than 65 days before departure (the operator requires full payment 60 days out).
- Fares are per person in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
Per the operator's current General Conditions of Sale (La Dolce Vita Orient Express, April 2026), cancellation charges as a percentage of the total fare are:
- 61 days or more before departure: 15% (the deposit)
- 60 to 31 days before departure: 50%
- 30 days or less before departure: 100%
Changes
- One change of date or itinerary is free of charge; each further change is EUR 200.
- Less than 30 days before departure, a change of date or itinerary is treated as a cancellation.
- Name changes/transfers are subject to the actual costs of transfer and are not permitted within 30 days of departure.
Operator cancellation
The operator may cancel a departure if train occupancy is below 20% (notified at least 90 days before departure) or in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances; in that case all payments are refunded in full within 14 days.
The operator's complete General Conditions of Sale are provided with your booking confirmation and prevail in case of any difference.
