Package begins with arrival transfer from Airport or Train Station to your hotel.

We will be happy to provide you with a list of excursions that may be possible like the trip to Montserrat and other areas outside Barcelona if you get time. You can pre-book them or book them yourself when you are there.

Deposit Required:
30% Deposit required at the time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days Prior to Arrival.
Cancellation:
Up to 30 days before departure: refund less 15% official tour price.
Between 30 and 15 days: refund less 25% of the total.
Between 14 and 5 days: refund less 50% of the total.
Between 4 and 1 day(s): refund less 80% of the total.
Less than 24 hours or failure to turn up: No refund, 100% of the total is payable.
Since these are international terms an additional 5 days will be added in order to process refunds.
An additional 15% Administrative fee will be charged from Palace Tours against refunds.
All cancellation, change, or update requests must be submitted in writing by email to travel@palacetours.com. Please allow at least 48 hours (and in some cases longer) for us to review, confirm, and process the request and advise any applicable fees. A cancellation, change, or update takes effect only once we have received and processed the request, and we will confirm the outcome to you once it has been processed. Cancellation timeframes and the applicable fee are calculated by reference to the local time and normal business hours at the destination where the tour is provided; a request received outside those business hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays at the destination) is treated as received on the next business day at the destination, and a further processing period of at least 48 hours (and in some cases longer) then applies before the request takes effect.
The above times are based on Spain time. In order to provide enough time for processing cancellation, guests need to add 3 business days to the above timeframes. An administration fee of 15% on any monies paid by the client will be charged prior to refund.

No, this is an independent travel package rather than a guided group tour. It bundles hotels with breakfast, train tickets with assigned seats, an arrival transfer and hop on hop off bus passes, and you plan your own sightseeing and activities in each city.
The package starts in Madrid, then travels by train to Seville, on to Malaga by high-speed train, by high-speed train from Malaga to Barcelona, and finally back to Madrid by high-speed train on day 9, where services end. It covers 8 nights and 9 days in total.

Both classes include 8 nights with breakfast, hop on hop off bus tickets and assigned train seats. Luxury class upgrades you to better hotels and to first class train tickets between the cities, while Deluxe uses good, centrally located hotels that we have inspected and standard assigned train seats.
Fares start from EUR 1,450 per person sharing in Deluxe class, and single-occupancy fares are also available. Luxury class costs more because of the upgraded hotels and first class trains. The exact fare for each departure is shown on this page.
Yes. The package begins with an arrival transfer from the airport or train station to your hotel in Madrid. Hotel rooms are reserved from 3 pm, and early check-in can be requested but depends on availability.
The package includes a 2-day hop on hop off pass in Madrid, a 2-day pass in Barcelona and a 1-day pass in Seville. They are an easy way to reach sights such as the Royal Palace and the Prado in Madrid, the Giralda and Triana in Seville, and the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell in Barcelona.
From Madrid you can add Toledo, Avila or Segovia; from Seville, Ronda, Cadiz or Cordoba; from Malaga, Granada, Gibraltar or Marbella; and from Barcelona, Montserrat. We can arrange these at special rates, or you can book them yourself locally.
Four train journeys are included, all with assigned seats: Madrid to Seville, Seville to Malaga, Malaga to Barcelona and Barcelona back to Madrid, most of them by high-speed train. In Luxury class these tickets are first class.
Domestic and international flights, travel insurance and visa fees are not included. Meals other than daily breakfast, optional excursions, personal items such as laundry and souvenirs, extra hotel nights before or after the package and anything not listed as included are also at your own cost.
A 25% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due 30 days before departure. We send you a written statement of both amounts as soon as your package is confirmed.
Yes. Child fares apply in two bands based on age at departure: from 0 to under 5, and from 5 to under 12. Tell us the ages when you enquire and we will confirm the fare and room arrangement for your date.
