PAYMENT TERMS:
- 25% of total tour cost due at the time of booking
- 75% or balance no later than 65 days prior to tour departure date
CANCELLATION FEES:
- Up to 30 days before departure: refund less 15% of total cost.
- Between 30 and 15 days: refund less 25% of the total.
- Between 14 and 5 days: refund less 50% of the total.
- Between 4 and 1 day(s): refund less 80% of the total.
- Less than 24 hours or failure to turn up: No refund, 100% of the total is payable.
An additional 15% Administrative fee will be charged from Palace Tours against any refunds. All cancellation fees and administrative fees is applicable for FULL Tour price before coupons.
The above times are based on local time of the destination where the tour is provided. In order to provide enough time for processing cancellation, guests need to add 3 business days to the above timeframes.

In case of early departure from the hotel and the impossibility of attending breakfast at the hotel, please inform the hotel reception no later than 24 hours before departure. In this case, breakfast will be replaced with a lunch package.

The thermal lake Heviz, whose healing power has been known since Roman times, and today is world famous as a unique balneological resort.
3. Jewish Budapest - 4 hours
During the tour you will see the most important sites of Hungarian Jewish history as you walk through the streets of the neighbourhood. Entrance to the Synagogue needs to be requested at the time of confirmation.
4. Vienna tour - 13 hours
Three hours on a comfortable road will take you from Budapest to Vienna. From the first moments in the city of parks and palaces, you'll be immersed in its past and admire its rich heritage. Follow the Ringstrasse Boulevard, which incorporates the Parliament, City Hall, the opera house, and the university. Marvel at the facades and parks of the Belvedere and Hofburg,On the walking portion, you'll also stroll through the beautiful central Graben and Kärntner Straße: see the majestic St. Stephen's Cathedral with its colorful tile roof, the pompous Plague Column, and the Hotel Zacher, where the eponymous cake was created.

Yes. A transfer from Budapest airport or railway station to your hotel on arrival and back again on departure is included, with check-in assistance at the hotel. Our services end with your departure transfer on day 8.
On day 3 you visit Szentendre, a picturesque town near Budapest known for its artisan charm, before returning to the hotel for more spa treatments. The Marzipan Museum and other optional activities there are not included, but we are happy to arrange them for you.
The guided city tour usually takes place on day 1 after you check in, depending on your arrival time. If you arrive too late to join it, the sightseeing tour is provided on day 2 instead, so you will not miss it.

Afternoons are left open to suit you. Ideas in the itinerary include a guided walk along the Danube, a visit to a local tea house or art exhibition, a wellness workshop focused on mindfulness, yoga or holistic nutrition, a thermal bath visit or a wellness cooking class, some at extra cost.
Daily breakfast is included on both classes. Gold class also includes dinner at the hotel each evening; on Silver class dinner is at extra cost. If you leave the hotel too early for breakfast, tell reception at least 24 hours before and it will be replaced with a lunch package.
