3 Days (2 Nights)
Belmond Royal Scotsman: A Taste of Scotland with Tom Kitchin

Overview

Two nights hosted by Tom Kitchin, the Michelin-starred chef behind The Kitchin in Edinburgh, whose 'From Nature to Plate' cooking is built on the Scottish larder - barley, venison, fresh lobster and a famously warming Cullen skink. He creates and hosts two dinners and a barbecue lunch at Rothiemurchus; the programme also includes an organic and biodynamic wine masterclass with merchants L'Art du Vin, a whisky tasting, and a gala final dinner.

Departs Edinburgh around 13:45, returning about 10:05 on the final morning; all meals and drinks included.
