Transfer with a private service from the El Dorado International Airport to your chosen hotel, where you will check in and prepare for the following day.

• Upon breakfast, go on a walking tour of Plaza de Bolívar, where the National Capitol is located, as well as the Primate Cathedral of Colombia, the Liévano Building (current headquarters of the Mayor of Bogotá), Nariño Palace (current residence of the head of state) and Palacio de San Carlos (former seat of residence and government of the Liberator Simón Bolívar).
• Continue the walk through La Candelaria neighborhood, declared a National Heritage Site, and admire its vibrant facades. Visit the Gold Museum, which holds a collection of pre-Columbian gold, different metals, fabrics, and more.
• Take the cable car or funicular to the Sanctuary of Monserrate, located 3,200 meters above sea level. Once at the top, admire the most impressive panoramic view of Bogota. 

Go on an hour-long drive to Zipaquira, a town near Bogota, for a visit of the Salt Cathedral, built within salt mines. It takes up the area of 8,000 m² and consists of three main naves. The main altar is built in salt, and it features a 16-meter high cross, which is illuminated and seemingly appears to be levitating. Daily departures available.
