Booking Conditions

  • Deposit & Confirmation: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Palace Tours.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 120 days before the scheduled departure date. Bookings made within 120 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Pricing: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy, and are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellation Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email or postal mail) to Palace Tours. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will determine the applicable cancellation fees.
  • More than 120 days before departure: Loss of deposit (25% of the total tour price).
  • 120-61 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
  • 60-31 days before departure: 75% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
  • 30 days or fewer before departure or a no-show: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
