In the morning, pick up your rental car at a preappointed location. You may travel to the historic city of Toledo, one of the oldest cities in Europe. It is a city of great artistic beauty and was declared by Unesco a Heritage of Mankind Town. Visit the Primate Cathedral, the St. Tome Church (the burial of Lord Orgaz, El Greco’s masterpiece), the Victorio Macho Museum, Sculpture Museum, Santa Maria la Blanca Synagogue and San Juan De Los Reyes Church. Late admire its famous handicraft works:the“Damasquinado” (precious metals incrusted on steel). (B)
This day brings you to incredible town of Avila (115 km approx.). The city is surronded by 11th century walls and it resembles a large castle. Avila has a number of Romanesque Churches, Gothic–Styled Palaces and a fortified Cathedral from 12th century. Embark on a fascinating guided tour and visit the Cathedral, San Vicente Basilic and St. Teresa’s Convent. Later depart for Segovia, (86 km approx.) the city that was chosen by some of the Castilla’s Kings as a summer residence. Proceed on a tour of the city's Cathedral and the Alcazar. Return to Madrid at the end of the day. (B)
Leave your car at the hotel and transfer to the train station for your rail journey to La Coruña. Upon arrival our driver takes you to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. (B)
Embark on a drive to La Costa de la Morte (Coast of the Death) and discover the town of Fisterra, (117 km approx.) the village of Noia (63 km approx.) and the town of Muros (38 km approx.). Return to A Coruña for an overnight (104 km approx.). (B)
After breakfast our representative takes you to the train station for your rail journey back to Madrid. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. (B)

What type of clothing is recommended based on the local weather conditions?
As most of the tours are during the spring, when the weather is warm, leisure style clothing is recommended. Please bring along a jacket or coat for chilly evenings and windy days, and sun protection for warm afternoons. Comfortable walking shoes are a must.

Meals are buffet-style with a good variety of fresh local fare, and there are always vegetarian options available. If you have any special requests, we will try our best to accommodate them.
