Your tour starts today as you depart from Madrid and travel along the land of Don Quixote en route to Córdoba. Córdoba has the second largest Old town in Europe, the largest urban area in the world declared World Heritage by UNESCO. The most important building and symbol of the city, the Great Mosque of Córdoba and current cathedral, alongside the Roman bridge, are the best known facet of the city. Near the mosque-cathedral is the old Jewish quarter, which consists of many irregular streets, such as Calleja de las Flores and Calleja del Pañuelo, and which is home to the Synagogue and the Sephardic House.
Later this afternoon continue to Seville for dinner and overnight. (B,D)
This day brings you to an exciting tour of the city of Seville. You may visit sights such as Cathedral from outside, Santa Cruz Quarter and Maria Luisa Gardens to name a few. After breakfast depart for Granada via the Caliphate road. Upon arrival, Visit the Alhambra, a Moorish citadel and palace. It is the most renowned building of the Andalusian Islamic historical legacy with its many cultural attractions that make Granada a popular destination among the touristy cities of Spain. Here, visit the Generalife and stroll along its beautiful garden and orchards.
