Office Assistant / Executive Assistant (Princeton NJ)
We are seeking to hire a very organized and efficient office admin / assistant who will support the Company through administrative duties including answering phones, assisting customers, preparing travel documents and marketing materials and performing other administrative duties as needed. Position requires individuals to be comfortable in fast paced environment and deliver the highest level of customer service with attention to detail.
Candidate must have prior experience in roles involving customer service, interacting with clients in person and by phone, organizing / prioritizing work tasks and posessing a proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED.
Assisting the CEO with day-to-day coordination of different projects and offices.
Coordinating Trade Show Activities
Managing Social Media and blogs for the Company.
Assisitng in Editing and managing content on company websites.
Distributing and Filing Faxes
Providing answers for basic customer service questions to clients.
Working closely with different vendors located worldwide.
Supporting the office as and when required.
Knowledge of Spanish is a PLUS.
Previous experience as a Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant or Secretary in a growing organization is preferred.
Knowledge of web content management and graphic design is a plus.
Candidates should be willing to undergo background check.
Should be able to work with minimal supervision. Go-getter attitude required!

Travel Sales Consultant (Princeton, NJ)
Seeking experienced Travel & Tour Customer Service Professionals who will be responsible for selling and promoting Palace Tours, including our Palace Trains tour packages in Spain, India and South Africa. Must have excellent customer service skills; experience in travel reservations and tour operations is a plus.
Job responsibilities include:
Handling all aspects of work associated with making tour and hotel reservations.
Answering client inquiries via e-mail and telephone on a daily basis.
Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have relevant travel reservation/sales experience.
Must be highly computer-savvy and proficient in a Windows environment.
Must have strong grammatical and written communication skills.
Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced office environment, and work efficiently and effectively.
